OBJ, THREE PROFESSORS, SAME DAY

WS on OBJ
“…I know that deep inside, there is a soakaway pond of personal insecurity struggling to be drained. Beneath every bully, there is a scared product of insecurity and troubled conscience. Now, fight your own demons as best as you can, and feel free to flagellate Buhari (President Muhammadu) with all the weapons in your armoury. I have only one demand: keep away from movements struggling to restore this nation to the path of sanity and even moderate rectitude. End your hijacking propensity.’’ – Prof Wole Soyinka on Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. July 3, 2017.

Is this the bombshell you promised us, Prof? Nothing new sir. You just, as usual, said it AS IT IS. It is going to be herculean to say a new thing that ebora owu has done. Even running from pillar to post once happened except that this time he may have reached the ultimate.

SAGAY ON OBJ

“What has happened recently was that after Obasanjo launched an endless series of attacks on President Muhammadu Buhari, Presidency too started doling out at intervals some of his shenanigans and gross misconduct, that is what has made him uncomfortable. Why should anybody be rallying anyone who is not in danger? And if he is in danger; what type of danger is he in? What did he do that is now haunting him? He is running from pillar to post, looking for the Yoruba to gather together. The whole thing, for me, is an admission of things that we are not aware that he is looking for advanced protection against the consequences of his sins,” – Prof Itse Sagay said of Chief Obasanjo July 3, 2018.

What else can anyone say?

SALAWU TO OBJ

“I am very pleased to have a former President of Nigeria as a colleague in the academia.” Prof Ibrahim Salawu Director of Abeokuta Centre of Open University of Nigeria, July 3, 2018 after he had allocated an office to former President Olusegun Obasanjo to use as course facilitator of the Institution.

Still the same trend. In pusuit of I, ME, MYSELF.
