“My vision of a Telecom Industry is to have a Nigeria where ICT stops being an issue. That is to say when the taxi driver down the road, the farmer way back in the village and my grandmother are exploiting the resources of telecommunications and information technology without knowing what they are doing.” - Titi Omo-Ettu, April 17, 1996

“Today, I am inclined to say the FUTURE we can forecast is one in which EVERYONE of us will have his or her own IDENTITY in CYBERSPACE because that is the SPACE where we shall all MEET and INTERACT. I may not be here with you then, but something tells me that will happen to ALL THE PEOPLES of the world!”- Titi Omo-Ettu, August 9, 2018

“I have ONE more, perhaps the SUREST, prediction to make. That is the fact that the time will come when COST of COMMUNICATING will just be a PERIODIC TOKEN, same for all of us, and once paid, we shall do ANYTHING we want to do COMMUNICATING, be it multimedia, video, data or voice… The business end of it having been taken care of by working out how all of us, the world over, will be able and willing to pay the token.”– Titi Omo-Ettu, Odolegan, March 11, 2020 .

DIGITAL ECONOMY

“Yes. All the literature that that bloke has been coercing consultants to write for him are very silly, thoughtless, visionless documents. Of course nobody ever reads those documents except those who are invited to “come and chop”, appraise it, and glorify it. Take anyone of them, read it, and correct me if I am right.”

24 hours after I sent the above, noone on the platform has told me they read anything like it. 🤣
