“My brief is that as the first level Innovation training (i.e. the DBI’s National Innovation Diploma, NID) is marketed, especially to State Governments, the need to emphasise that this is one area where gender re-balancing for real and developmental opportunities should count, is usually stressed.
The Kano State State Governor in his own response sponsored 83 students, 60% of who are females, to the course.
