“The Minister of Communications, Barrister Adebayo Shittu has received in his Office the report of the Committee on ICT University Implementation Committee with thanks, adding that the report would be studied and that within three weeks, a MEMO would be raised for the approval of the Federal Executive Council (FEC)

It is understood that the MEMO was recently put where it belonged by the Federal Executive Council two days ago. Good riddance, if you ask me.
