To be sure, what is in display is the
Oyo State APC gubernatorial candidate, Mr Bayo Adelabu who reportedly caused a lockdown in Ibadan with his campaign parade cars. One person claimed he counted about a hundred cars in the fleet before giving up.
Bayo Adelabu, the son of legendary Adelabu Penkelemesi was the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria during Goodluck Jonathan’s tenure. He carries the penkelemes legacy as one of his campaign’s catchy phrases.
I understand campaigns are not official yet, but they will soon be.
