Nigerian youths under the aegis of Committee of Youth on Mobilization and Sensitization, CYMS, have cried out to the Federal Government of Nigeria to yield 60% of federal appointments to them. While they complained that they received no kobo in form of support funding from government, they still went out to focus their election campaign on re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari because of their faith in his clear ability to turn Nigeria round for the better.
These were the main issues they raised at their Press conference in Abuja last Thursday where their six-points demand was made.
Ms. Hafsat Nura, Director of welfare of CYMS said in a LinkedIn post that Government of President Buhari should have nothing more to do with political jobbers but with Nigerian youths who mobilised Nigerians for his re-election in March.
She however commended the Government for investing N5.5bn in providing training for unemployed youths.
