Engr. Titi Omo-Ettu, retired Telecommunications Consultant and Trainer, spent more than four decades on active participation in the Nigerian Communication Technology industry development. He is notable for major work in engineering and policy consultancies with special focus on universal access, broadband processes, education schemes, and youth development.
He served as Consultant to the Nigerian Communications Commission, (NCC) from its establishment in 1993 to 2010, serving the Commission in the areas of industry studies and research, universal service plans and internet applications. He offered similar services to private sector clients. He is Managing Partner of TELECOM ANSWERS ASSOCIATES, a telecommunication consulting firm; Founder of The CYBERSCHUUL, a telecommunication training Institute and Publisher of CyberschuulNews.com an online publication devoted to telecommunications industry development.
Mr. Omo-Ettu is Fellow, Nigerian Academy of Engineering (FAEng), Fellow, Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE); Fellow, Telecom Executive Management Institute, Canada (FTEMIC); and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
He served Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and Computer Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) all at Council levels and the Nigerian Telecommunication industry as President, Association of Telecommunication Companies of Nigeria, ATCON.
